Except Nvidia's "Fast" V-Sync that I normally use, which seems to do nothing. YouTube was founded by Steve Chen, Chad Hurley, and Jawed Karim. The trio were all early employees of PayPal, which left them enriched after the company was bought by eBay. The bigger concern is In-Game and Nvidia's own Vsync options drop to 30fps. Sonic 1/2/3, Altered Beast, Street Fighter, Gunstar Heroes, Streets of Rage. I've read the last several threads here about the issue, but they all are several years old and just tell you to turn off V-Sync and never mention screen-tearing, so I guess those guys are all just living with that?ĭoes anyone here have a 60fps non-screen-torn solution they can share with me, or a screenshot of their settings? Or can anyone confirm my suspicion that everyone is just adapting to the screen-tearing?Įdit: I'm aware turning V-Sync off causes the screen tearing lol. BlueStacks app player is the best PC platform (emulator) to play this. At V-Sync Off and Fast I still get nauseating tearing, at On or Adaptive I'm getting brought back to slowmo. Street Fighter 2 V takes a interesting take on this beloved fighting game and make it something worth your while.

I've turned V-Sync off in the ini, and I've even lowered all the image settings down to medium (just for the sake of testing, I would imagine I can handle way better than that), and no matter what I do in the nvidia control panel, I either have 30fps slowmo, or screen tearing. Street Fighter 2 is the video game that made me a fan of fighting games and to see anime based off my favorite fighting game series I am all for it. I find it hard to believe that I just "need a better rig" and I'm baffled that this big budget game can be this horribly optimized lol I've been fiddling with the graphics setting for 3 hours, and I'm just about at my wit's end lol I've got an RTX 2080 Super, i7-9500k, for what its worth. Hate to be the guy that introduces himself with a complaint, but this issue is just already gutting my desire to play this game.
